Where Are We Sleeping Tonight: Yosemite West KOA, Midpines, California After a late night last night, Clare did some driving today while I grabbed a little extra sleep in the passenger seat. Awakening refreshed, I found that we were now in Yosemite National Park.
Driving around America we have seen some beautiful scenic vistas and Yosemite has plenty of them as well. We saw so many rivers, rock formations, waterfalls and trees today that we just had to keep stopping to photograph it all. We will have a lot of fun when we get home sorting through all the images we have taken. And once again, Clare managed to find a giant animal to cuddle...
Much like our visit to Yellowstone, we didn't get to see as much of the park as we would like. As our entry ticket is valid for a week, we will have to come back here tomorrow to see more of this wonderful countryside. After a relaxing day driving through the forest, we headed to the nearest KOA for what will probably be our last night of camping.
